Superman & The Subject Of Debt Collection Services

By Rob Sutter

Considering that "Man of Steel" has just been released in theaters, I think that it's time for a small confession. To put it simply, I am not the biggest fan of arguably the most noteworthy superhero in the world. I understand his place in the world and I respect the fact that this character has been able to, in essence, open the door for other personalities to come through. This isn't the case for me, though I will say that the attitude can work for debt collection services.

As far as "ideal superheroes" are concerned, I think you can connect such a character to the one faster than a speeding bullet rather well. I don't think that there are many who can claim that they rarely fall, which is different compared to the characterization of heroes we see today. Take Batman, for instance, who always seems to have his back against the wall despite the fact that he can handle himself when it comes down to fisticuffs. Superman is able to fight well, too, but very rarely did I feel like he was in over his head.

From a personal standpoint, it is tough to get behind Superman at times. I hate to continue referring to Batman but even Bruce Wayne was someone who was easier to empathize with because there were times when he was in trouble. In fact, he spent most of the movies struggling, even when the odds were in his favor. Superman is more difficult to connect with but does that mean I'm against every aspect of him? I'd be lying if I said that his personality wouldn't work in some ways.

Superman has always been upstanding, never allowing whatever demons that were in his life bring him down for long. He's also remained professional in a good number of cases when you think about his alter ego of Clark Kent. Wouldn't you think that someone like him would do well in terms of debt collection services? Despite the idea that he may have to leave for mysterious reasons, I think that such a personality and ability to show work ethic alike could prove useful in companies like Rapid Recovery.

As you can tell, Superman may not be someone I will be able to connect to but I understand the potential this character has. After all, he's been recognized ever since his inception and the fact that people are continuing to talk about him today says a lot about his staying power. Iconic personalities such as this are difficult to cast aside. However, from the perspective of a comic book fan, I would like to see more opportunities for this character to deviate from what has been considered the norm.
