Affirmations To Reprogram Your Subconscious Mind?

Daily affirmations can and will change your life if you use them effectively. I am not talking here about the weak old affirmations of "I am getting better and better each and every day." I am talking about those power affirmations that are targeted, specific and zone in on exactly what it is you want to achieve or change.Affirmations are one way to convince your subconscious mind that what you want or desire is already in your possession. Once you can do this the floodgates open and what you desire or the change that you are trying to bring into effect comes into your life.

Here are 10 tips to writing effective Positive Daily Affirmations. Develop Them Yourself. Self-developed affirmations are the most effective positive daily affirmations. If you couple them with clearly defined written goals and applied faith, their power is even stronger.Feel Them,The emotional dimension of each affirmation should never be overlooked. When you can additionally "feel" your affirmation, its total impact increases tremendously. For instance, if your affirmation is "I am a successful public speaker", then visualize how it will be like to be receiving a standing ovation from a hall full of people.

Pay attention to how you feel. If you are feeling good you are moving into the position of allowing what you want to come into your life, if you are feeling disappointment or any other negative feeling you are thinking about the absence of what you want in your life. This will stop it from coming to you. It is your right to live the life that you dream about and learning to manifest your desires will help you achieve it. Remember to follow the basic rules of asking, believing, receiving and affirming daily.

Have you ever had a strange feeling in your gut that you just couldn't put into words? Or an uneasy feeling that something just is not right? This is your subconscious mind at work picking up on clues that your conscious mind didn't even notice. Many people have been able to save their lives by listening to their subconscious mind.

Your subconscious mind is always at work picking up new information and comparing it with what it already knows.
