This group is not only composed of people who have the necessary skills to do the job assigned to them. Publicizes the project to the members and give them updates. Also, they are the ones responsible for informing the community about the progress of the construction. They publicize the ongoing projects in hopes to attract potential donors who are interested to help.
Funding. There are times when the current money that they have is not enough to fund every expense. This is where fund raising comes in. A separate person is in charge of this and thinks of ways to get funding for the project. It could be a concert for a cause, an exhibit, and any other projects that the community can find helpful.
Just because you are not a member of this head group does not mean that you cannot participate. The church needs proactive members who have the heart to help. If you think you can contribute something, go ahead and let them know. They may need people today for an event as we speak. Be a volunteer.
